Edward B. “Ned” Foley is the Director of the Election Law @ Moritz project at the Ohio State University, where he is the Robert M. Duncan/Jones Day Designated Professor of Law. His areas of expertise include campaign finance, contested elections and ballot recounts, the rules that govern polling place observers, ballot access for independent candidates, laws against voter intimidation, and get out the vote efforts.
